The most important thing was always being able to communicate with someone when I had questions, not one person made me feel like I was a bother. A very good experience when I was not feeling well.

My caseworker was always available to me, and was very caring as well as professional. My lawyer explained the hearing process clearly and answered my questions without making me feel as if I didn't know anything. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at Hensley legal group are outstanding in their service and their personal response to client needs. I am so glad they "had my back" during the legal process.

I had a attorney previous of hiring Hensley and I had to let that attorney go and I went with Hensely. My case manangers were Spencer and Amie and they helped me more in the first week than my previous attorney did in 4 months. All my questions were always answered fast I never felt like I was put off for other cases and everything went as good as I could ever expect that a situation like that could have gone. Spencer will be my attorney until he either retires or I pass away. EDIT,I knocked my rating down to 2 stars but not because of Spencer because Spencer was the best I could of asked for and I doubt a injury attorney could be as attentive as Spencer was and how fast he helped me with request.. But I filed disability with hensley after I relized the car wreck hurt me too bad to return to work and it was like I was doing it all alone and had to learn as I went and wasnt told when something wasnt good enough or if we needed more evidence and I wasted 2 years of my life and lost lots of things I worked hard for in my life. I reccomend the injury attorneys but would would not recommend the disability lawyers,unless it was just the lady I got but I cant speak to the other attorneys. Spencer you still get 5 stars from me buddy.

She did the initial intake, then followed up frequently and kept me informed of the status.. She was very knowledgeable about the process , made me feel comfortable talking with her.
