The Representative on the phone with me (Preet) was very considerate, patient, understanding, and thorough. Applying for disability has been something that's been difficult for me to accomplish considering my challenges. Preet made it very clear and easy to understand. He took care of everything and made me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you Preet. For being there for the people who can't be there for themselves. It's appreciated.

I've never even met you and I've never in my life met a stranger that has made me feel so comfortable with sharing my journey and also my struggles. I got on Google after nearly putting it off for a year knowing I needed someone in my corner to fight for me when I need it the most . I woke up with a text from Allison stating she wanted to speak with me and see if their office could help me ... Let me tell you how amazing of a person that you are and I've never met you . I dread each day of being judged for the struggles that I have and you made me feel so comfortable. Before I knew it I had you on the phone for 56 minutes when I know you probably had other work to do . You never once made me feel like you were in a hurry to get off the phone . You listened to me and genuinely wanted to help me . In a world so cruel we need more people on the other end of the phone like you . I dread leaving my home or even speak to others because I'm afraid of the outcome . You helped me realize that there are good people left in this world and I'm so so so so thankful for you . This office has agreed to take my case and I cannot explain how thankful that I am for this . I fully believe that you were sent my way for a reason and I will never ever forget you. You will always give me strength to not be afraid of answering the phone and wondering who's on the other line . I hope you truly do know how much you helped me during a time I feel so lost and defeated and needed your kindness so badly . Offering encouraging words are so simple and you did it so willingly and I will forever carry that with me ...I will push on each day and remember you along the way......
