I don't know where to start. I was greeted by the most kind, polite and friendly staff person over the telephone. As I explained my reason for the call. The person on the other end listened until I finished. It was explained that Hensley's group didn't lidigate for my particular need.However, refer e me to a sister company that did I want to acknowledge Esmeralda, who is the MOST customer focused person I've had the pleasure to speak with. Her listening and comprehension skills were spot on. Most definitely her ability to assist me went far above my expectations. If the need ever arise, I will call the Hensley Law Office again.
