I used Marc Lopez law firm for my dui case in Boone county and they did an awesome job. I was pretty nervous about the whole thing since I’ve never been involved with a court situation. Always available to answer any and ever question I had. They are very informative and I learned a lot about the law along the way. I worked closely with Zac Bailey and he was the one I went to court with. After court he personally walked over with me to the probation office to get me checked in ! I appreciated that the most because I didn’t see any other lawyer do that with the other people that were in the same court room as me. I will always highly recommend using this law firm. Even following their Facebook page is great ! They make very informative videos that I love to watch !

Attorney Benitez did an amazing job in helping my grandson when he was in a heap of trouble. He was facing felonies that he got dropped to misdemeanors. The prosecutor was asking for jail time which was a very scary time for us. He got that dropped. I highly recommend Mr. Benitez. Job well done!!

I had a squeaky clean record and had never been involved with anything illegal but I found myself facing 5 criminal charges including a DUI and felony charge for battery of a police officer who I never touched. Anthony acknowledged the injustice of the situation and communicated with me clearly about how the process would work and what my options were. Although it took a year for us to land at an outcome (much due to COVID court closures), it was worth the wait. He got me a phenomenal plea deal and even fought at the last minute to waive previously required community service hours. After completing a few fairly easy requirements as terms of my unsupervised probation (which I intend to take care of by the end of this month), this nightmare will be over, all thanks to the help of Attorney Benitez. I highly doubt that a public defender would’ve been able to get me such a good deal. His team throughout the process was kind, non-judgmental, optimistic and super helpful. They helped when I needed to travel for family emergencies outside of the country and got me written permission from the judge to do so.
