Nick's ability to negotiate with the prosecutor and judge is what you need in a lawyer. I'm glad to say he was my lawyer in court! I will and have referred him to friends and family and would definitely use his services again in the future.

It is a very stressful situation to get arrested and charged for OVWI (aka. DUI, DWI). I had no idea what to expect when I started and was very worried for my future. Would I have to spend time in jail? How much would it cost in fines and legal fees? Would my license be suspended? If so, for how long? While looking online to find and hire a private lawyer I was lucky enough to happen upon The Marc Lopez Law Firm. They were the 2nd law firm I tried to call (the 1st one didn’t answer or call me back). My call was answered right away and I was connected to Marc Lopez directly who answered some basic questions about what I should expect during the process including the retainer fees. I quickly decided this firm was the way to go and hired them to represent me. My questions were always answered by the firm clearly and not sugar coated. It was recommended that I complete several items proactively on my end to prepare. Zachery Baily was assigned to my case and did a great job walking me through the initial court dates while we waited on the blood results (which took several months). Zac always showed up in a timely manner so I never sat in the court room for very long. He negotiated with the prosecutor on my behalf from the beginning and when the blood results came back (over twice the legal limit) he continued to work to get me a favorable outcome. I would recommend Zac Baily and the Marc Lopez Law Firm to anyone looking for responsive and informative legal representation. I felt like a valued client the whole time and will be recommending them to all my friends and family as legal needs arise in the future.

Marc and his team are great! I was in a very unique situation and not familiar with the judicial system. Thankfully, I couldn't have had a better attorney than Matt Kroes. From the initial call with Brittney, through the direct phone conversation with Marc and eventual deal that Matt negotiated for my case, this firm was as professional of a team as I could have asked for. They were timely, easily reachable, and honest throughout the process. Marc vacated and had my case going straight to trial for an owi I had gotten. My trial date was 08/08 to start and here it is 08/06 and it has been dismissed completely. All staff members are great they work hard to accommodate everything and anything you need! Hopefully won’t be needing them again but if I do I will definitely be using them ;)

We gambled and eventually took my case to trial. Attorney Kroes and Attorney Marc Lopez got my case dismissed. They were a big help even the assistant Brittany was. They all were Very positive the whole way through. I wanted the best and this firm is the best! Thanks guys again.

Worst Lawyer I came across overprice $3,000 for a first time offense DUI case than he only came to court one time and always sent his co workers and they like public defenders and He all nice and cool til u pay him than he become rude or hard to get in contact with than he say friends with the prosecutors like who care like he won’t fight for you as a client he a overrated Lawyer I am so happy I upgraded to the better lawyer with no problems at all so far and I call my new lawyer anytime I need him. But I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer or his firm to nobody at all he all about money not Justice or freedom. I also think his reviews are FAKE

Everyone there is very professional and approach everything on a personal level. They were always there to answer my questions and handled everything for me so that my stress level was minimal. They knew exactly what I had to do and got me the lowest of all charges.
