Marc Lopez law firm is very professional with the way they work, especially my lawyer Anthony Benitez! He's helped me with a few of my cases and got me exactly what I wanted in my plea agreements. He’ll treat you like family and would do anything in his power to help whoever is in need. I definitely would recommend him to anyone. Marc was, first off, the friendliest guy I have ever met. Him and his staff make you feel like old friends just coming to catch up. He is not some attorney that is here to take your money and give you what you get, he strives for the best and wants nothing but the excellence for his clients. He represented me in a case that I had no idea how the end results would turn out, but when I picked him, I knew that he would really try to help me out. It was my first DUI, but I still had a pending case I'm another county. Needless to say, it was jacked up, but Marc handled it like it was no big deal. I had a ticket that was a mile long and I didn't think I was going to ever hear the end of the ticket. Well after a few months of negotiation, Marc scored me a deal like none other and I was off to probation. I have met with him and his staff numerous times via phone and in person and they are all smiles, all the time. They take their job serious, but they make you happy in your time of distress. Marc and his firm is the best in Indiana, he knows every law, and everyone that represents the law and has excellent rapport with everyone in the judicial system in Indianapolis. This is group of professionals is worth every dollar. They're very prompt, give great advice, and have a great relationship with the state. If this your first (and hopefully) last go-around they'll walk you through the whole process . All you have to do is help them help you. Be honest and complete the tasks they assign you in the time they assign you and you're going to breeze through this. These lawyers' reputation in Marion County cannot be understated. Great choice.

If we're looking at the spectrum of DWI attorney's..Marc Lopez is at the very top of the spectrum. Where we didn’t win in trial, Marc went above and beyond by appealing my case. A few months later my wrongful conviction was overturned! He was persistent, extremely thorough and courteous through out. Being a first (and only) time offender, this was extremely helpful. You cannot ask for a better attorney and I could not thank him enough for his help. Thank you Marc!

Attorney Marc Lopez is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! My first time working with him and WOW!!! My boyfriend had a warrant, and was on house arrest for almost 2 years. I contacted Marc , explained the situation and he looked into the case and quickly told me “let’s get him out of jail!”. He was SO confident, so I trusted him. He got to work so fast , I was getting impatient but he knew what he was doing. He got my boyfriend’s court moved to a closer date which was today instead of Nov. 30th. I was so nervous in court , but I knew to trust Marc and his team. Not only did he get my boyfriend released , but he also got him off house arrest!!!!!! Which his original date to be off was February 4th. I can not thank him enough honestly!!!!!!! Him and his team are freaking AWESOME!!!!!!! He doesn’t just care about doing his job , but also genuinely cares about his clients. I definitely recommend him & will be working with him in the future whenever I need him! Highly recommend Attorney Lopez and Attorney Matt Kroes. From day one I received a personal call (a Sunday) regarding my arrest. All communication was thorough and answered from his Paralegal to the Attorney's themselves. Attorney Matt Kroes went above and beyond during my court process, I can't say enough how appreciative I am for this Law Firm. I was never treated like a case number, rather like an individual human in an unfortunate circumstance.
