The Marc Lopez Firm came highly recommended and after the way they handled my case I see why. Everyone at the firm was professional and made me feel confident that I was in good hands throughout the process. Attorney Matt Kroes, who handled my case, was phenomenal. I honestly don’t know if another attorney could have handled my case any better and got the results he did. I can not recommend them, specifically Mr. Kroes and his paralegal Cassie, highly enough. I am forever in their debt for giving me a second chance at life. If you ever find yourself in need of a legal representation in the greater Indianapolis region look no further than the Marc Lopez Firm they will fight diligently on your behalf to get you the best possible outcome.

This was my second experience using Lopez Law Firm and both my cases involved DUI’s. I was represented very well with both of them. Communication was a little lax at first but then when I was explained that sometimes these situations happen and when it was explained to me in full detail of how plea agreements work and sometimes don’t come in until the day of I was a little more at peace with that. Just with everything going on and my emotions getting best of me as well, it actually ended up working out better in my favor. First one I had year suspended license and year probation that was it. Second outcome had to serve couple nights in jail bc it was my second DUI so don’t ever get 2 otherwise you are 100% looking at couple nights in jail. Then year suspended license and year probation. Marc represented me on my first one and did very well doing so and Matt was my attorney on my second one and he was able to make the deal sweeter on my end and get myself special driving privileges to go to work, to get my meds when I need them being a diabetic, and I am also allowed to attend church as well. So at the end of the day and once it was all said and done Matt worked diligently and gave it his all on my case. Once finally meeting him as well he was very easy to talk to and explained everything very well, made his suggestions on what I should do but made it clearer it’s ultimately my decision. So once I knew what was finally going on even with it being the day off, he stuck by my side and even was still there with me through the whole probation process and how to get me started on that paperwork. He even mentioned to me if I needed anything at all to let him know and I actually did after court today and he was immediately responsive. So anyone going through what I’ve gone through the Marc Lopez Firm will take care of you and fight to get you the best possible outcome that they can. May take a little patience sometimes on your end, but they will get your the best possible outcome that they can. Why I didn’t want anyone else representing on my second DUI. I knew they would get the job done for me and they did. They came through! If you have a DUI you’re going through I’m telling you this is the Law Firm you want to represent you.

My initial dealings with them were fine they were efficient in dealing with my case. However once a hires them again they went downhill fast choosing to provide excuses as to why things weren't getting done. Of course this being after they collected my fee of thousands of dollars. It seems once you pay the fee your at their whims. They will switch your lawyer up. Do nothing and set up meetings with you when your in need of action. Overall if you're going with them for one small case that is already close to wrapping up their amazing. But if you have multiple cases or have already left a prior reviews as they ask you too. Then I'd advise looking somewhere else and save yourself thousands of dollars.

Matt Korea was my attorney, Cassie is his paralegal and Zach Richey is also an attorney here. They were all 3 amazing to work with. Everyone was very professional, helpful and explained everything for me to understand the whole way. Mr. Korea fought for me, I didn’t feel like he just took my case for another paycheck so to speak.
