I found the Marc Lopez Law Firm after interviewing four other offices. I was sold right away and I have been very impressed with the teams kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and "know-how" within the court system. Marc stays up to date by attending seminars and offers knowledge by speaking with other attorneys, prosecutors, and many others in the legal community. The team went above and beyond my expectations to negotiate a plea bargain for me that suited my needs. I remember him saying to me, "Well, I've never had anyone ask for that. Marc Lopez Firm is exceptional! I was charged with a class C misdemeanor and a Class A misdemeanor originally. I was in holding for 16 hours and let me tell you, that was life changing itself! As soon as I was released, I immediately broke down crying with my fiancée for probably a day or two. One night full of celebrating (more specifically, graduating college, getting brand new cars and new jobs all within the first 3 weeks of graduating!) altered the rest of my future. This was beyond challenging, BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE! All thanks and gratitude goes to this firm! They are the reason I am still here today and have hope about my future! They are incredible in not only the way they practice they law but put the law into layman’s for me through the entire process, they were absolutely patient with me and answered EVERY question through the whole process! Steve has been a mentor of sorts to me in the past 26 years along with famed attorney Walter Bravard who sadly passed a few years ago. I've had the pleasure of getting to know Marc through the Indiana State Bar Association's Leadership Development class. He is an experienced attorney with a passion for serving his clients and others. He is outgoing and his engaging personality will immediately put you at ease, which is something that can really help clients through hard times. Marc is also willing to help other attorneys with questions. I recently had a DUI case that had some technical issues regarding the procedures the police used. Marc looked over the case and was quick to point out issues in the case and to guide me through the proper steps to challenge the evidence. Long story short, I was able to get breath test results (.204!) suppressed (i.e. "thrown out"), and save my client from serving a significant jail sentence. Naun took on my case and helped me get back to my family as quick as possible. He wouldn’t let me sit in jail waiting for a bond reduction, even when the judge postponed the hearing for a reduction.
