Charles is so great. He took something horrible in my life and turned it into a chance to restart. Charles kept in contact and answered all of my questions. I have a disability and he worked with me to make sure I understood everything and made no decisions without asking me.

This was a great and stress free experience with this company… Needless to say Chase was very professional and outgoing and sincere about my case he helped me with. I would with no doubt highly recommend Chase for myself again and anyfuture people needing help!!!!!

I don't even know where to start with this review. I can't thank Katie and the rest of the team enough. I will try to give you the short version. I was in a car accident late last year with a company driver and was trying to deal with the other party's insurance on my own. They (other party's insurance) didn't want to take liability in the beginning even though the driver admitted fault and the police report even said it was the other party's fault. After a couple of weeks going back and forth with their insurance company about getting my car fixed I had had it. I had no idea what I was doing and obviously needed help. I tried calling one company I found online, explained everything, and was told they couldn't help. I felt defeated after that one phone call. At this point I'm ready to throw the towel in and just say forget it. I had car insurance and health insurance already so I just told myself I'll figure it out. Well, thank God for my husband not giving up and calling another attorney for me "Hurst Limontes LLC." He called and told them what had happened and they emailed me right away as I was at work at the time. After going through everything with them I was sent an agreement to sign for them to be my attorney, fees, and things like that. I was so scared at first to read the agreement thinking it was going to be a bunch of legal jargon I cant understand and thinking they were going to take 90% of the settlement. I was so wrong. Everything you sign is pretty straightforward, no hidden fees, and their services are more than affordable. They never take more than you on the settlement. I was shocked and pretty happy. Within the first couple of days of having Katie represent me the other party's insurance finally accepted liability and the rest is history. Through the whole process Katie made me feel comfortable and like she was actually fighting for me. Everything start to finish took almost a year due to doctor appointments and going to physical therapy. I personally thought it all happened pretty quick. She was able to get me a really nice settlement. It was more than I had expected. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend "Hurst Limontes LLC" to anyone that needs an attorney to fight for them.

I chose the Hurst Limontes Law Firm primarily because they do not advertise on television, which to me indicated they were an established firm, doing well by referrals and word of mouth alone.  I was hesitant to even seek a personal injury attorney, because I wasn’t hospitalized after my auto accident, even though I had some serious short term injuries, in addition to my existing spine issues; I didn’t think I had a case. However, after a friend’s persistence, I decided to at least find out. During my initial consultation with Chase Wilson at Hurst Limontes, I was confident I made the right decision. He outlined the reasons why I did have grounds for a lawsuit, as well as the entire process to anticipate, which is typically a lengthy one. He was an excellent communicator & kept me updated timely before & after each step of the process.  He understood and easily grasped the complex and complicated details of my existing spine issues. During my deposition, I was well prepared by Chase. I was nervous of course, but  confident when answering the Defendant’s questions. Fortunately the case was settled in my favor.  I was elated & truly believe it was his strategy & experience that led to a favorable outcome.  I would strongly recommend Chase Wilson/Hurst Limontes. After the initial consultation, you will know factually, based on a reputable firm’s  experience & statistics, whether or not you have a case worth pursuing.
