I went to mr hayes In early 2017 after i got into a fight an the guy pressed charges 3 months later his office contacted me an told me they will close the case because i didn't have any charges pending. In November of 2018 I decided to apply for a second job an found out I had a warrant out for my arrest since 2017 I contacted Mr hayes an was told they didn't find me in the system because I have 2 last names. Mr hayes told me to come down to his office to turn myself in an we did that I ended up with this big Nokia looking thing on my ankle aka GPS for a fight an a first time offender. Mr hayes then told me after 3 visits to the court room mr hayes wasn't successful in getting the GPS off my ankle so I went to another attorney to seek another opinion an was surprised what I had learned. Mr hayes dropped me a couple of days before my last pre trial I guess he felt some type of way that i spoke to another attorney wow I was surprised an didn't know what to do so I had my girlfriend find me a attorney an I guess everything happens for a reason. (1) my GPS was removed on first visit to the court with my new attorney. (2) my case was dismissed after the state prosecutor spoke to the witnesses.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Caring and considerate about my case, and an outstanding job of representation on my behalf.

*****(10 Stars) Matt Abels is an amazing lawyer. Highly recommend for any legal situation you find yourself in. In my case he was able to get everything dismissed. And he charges a very fair rate. When you find yourself caught between a rock and hard place he is not going to try and price gouge you. Honest, fair, nice guy, and great at what he does. I hope I never have to hire another attorney as long as I live. But if I do it will be Matt Abels. And I will refer him to anyone I over hear talking about a legal situation.
