I did a quick Google search for a divorce lawyer in Indianapolis and found their website. With quite a unique situation, I wasn't sure anyone could help me; but they came through and handled everything quickly and effectively! Melissa was on my case and I couldn't ask for a more informative, hard working, and communicative person to work my case.

I've had the worse experience with this law firm. I am a current client that cant get a hold of anyone. I've emailed, called all numbers. I have an emergency and no one can help me. This law firm LACKS communication. I cant even fire them because no one ANSWERS!!!! we feel helpless.

I will say Sam Fife was nice enough but the firm overall was bad. Got a dui Oct of 2021, took till November 30th to go to court and get it resolved. To start off my original lawyer James, I believe, ghosted me with no word for 3 months. Was told my case was dropped because "I have a good lawyer" with no other info when it really wasn't. When it was picked up and I got passed to Sam, it just felt like a waste of thousands of dollars. Never did he negotiate or get the plea change. The court changed it once to "year probation to. 'Blank' probation". Same made it sound like he did something in when reality the change to blank was to factor in if I had jail time. Same told me to do what the judge would have ordered if I was convicted, but common sense and a google search with a free attorney would have been the same. A year later in court when the state prosecutor suggested my punishment and the judge saw I did all the classes/treatments she very nicely gave me time served and let me off for my mistake, Sam wasn't listening or something and piped up that he wanted to argue . Lucky for me the judge has a sense of humor and made a joke along the lines of "I already said he's free, do you want me to add more??" So in the end this lawfirm suggested I do a victim impact panel and get a substance evaluation and not anything else that I can tell. And let a simple dui stretch over a year instead of trying to throw it out or get it done quicker.

Mr. Andres was very patient and very kind. I’m a difficult person to deal with, even when I thought I was plucking his last nerve, I wasn’t. He assured me everything would be ok, even when I was in doubt he gave me a little confidence. If I have to sue anyone it will be with Austin Andres with Keffer Hirschauer.

When faced with ridiculous protection order full of lies from a crazy neighbor, Drake Spears handled our case with great poise, skill and professionalism. He was able to get this bogus protective order dismissed and we were happy with the results. My wife and I have never been in need of a lawyer until this all came about. I’m glad that we made the decision to seek legal council. Hopefully we won’t ever need a lawyer again, but if we do, we will have Drake Spears on speed dial. Thank you once again good sir.👍🏾

Really bad experience. Simply needed the paperwork filed for a divorce. The lawyer was almost impossible to get ahold of. My ex and I had everything sorted out, but just wanted it to be perfectly legal. My retainer was gone immediately and ended up paying almost a grand more. Nothing was debated and I’d wait weeks for a response and have to call 4-5 times to ever hear anything. The whole process took about 6 months and we provided everything they asked for within a day or two, at the longest. The lawyer stretched it out to make sure he billed for the entire retainer. Even after it was complete, we had to do more paperwork and had the state telling us the filing was incorrect. There is no way I’d recommend this firm to anyone when they couldn’t even file a simple, uncontested divorce correctly after 6 months. Shameful.
