I paid a small fortune to get an old petty crime removed from my record and I haven't heard from this firm in several months. I have tried to reach out and they have not responded to any of my requests for an update on my case. I live out of state and so long distance communication is my only option at this moment. I am extremely disappointed with their service and want my money back.

From the time I was involved in an automobile accident, last year 2021, the end of August I endured trauma, it was very scary, and a painful experience. I knew I would need a lawyer. With there being so many accident injury lawyers, I honestly did not know who to choose. I decided that I didn't want the usual Lawyers that you see on tv, so I did some research and looked at some of the reviews. I decided to go with keffer Hirshauer LLP, as my choice that also specialized in accidents. My lawyers name was Austin, who I will say has excellent knowledge, and knows his job. He informed me on what I needed to do, which I followed every step, and what he was going to do to help me with the case. He did so.much, which was a big stress release for me as the client. He worked very.hard. Most of all he knew what he needed to.do to get the job done right. Communication is a key factor. It takes alot to be a good lawyer. Mostly to satisfy the client, to which he had done. I am very greatful for all his hard work. I strongly would recommend this Law firm as the one to choose in the event of an accident. No one wants to be in an accident as it can change your livelyhood that can create unfortunate circumstances. Luckily God was with me, and I got through it. I especially want to thank Austin and everyone at Keffer Hirshauer for the great job that you continue to do.

Very bad experience for me. Communication was terrible. Couldn't get ahold of my lawyer Adriana more often than not. Was told wrong dates or times for hearings, and took off work wasted time going downtown for a scheduling hearing I didn't even need to attend and was done with zoom anyway. No representation when a preliminary order came out which forced me to move out of my house within 3 weeks, and I was still responsible for paying the mortgage of $1,300, and child support of $180 a week my lawyer didn't even both to contact me and let me know any of this. I received this information from my x wife. They did not waste any time sending me a final bill with the threat of garnishing my wages if I didn't pay it though after the terrible financial situation I was put in due to her lack of counsel. Of coarse I fired her and got much better council somewhere else.

Bradley Keffer was amazing. Even when my case was over, he did an outstanding job, but there were clerical errors from the Courts, he took the time, to straighten everything out, and all is well now. Bradley is truly an Attorney, who cares about all of his clients, whether they are big cases or small, and mine was just a minor case, but he worked on it, with the kind of passion, you would expect, as if it was a major case. I will always be grateful for his personal attention to me and my case.

We used attorney Adriana Zeljkovic. She put a ton of hard work and dedication into our case. She was prepared for the absolute worst case scenario. We were informed every step of the way. We personally ended up with the best results imaginable for our case. The case was dismissed. Even if it had not turned out that way Adriana was informed, prepared, and professional. She helped us be prepared for what was coming as well. She recommended a great custody attorney. I remember crossing my fingers hoping the attorney would fight as hard as Adriana does and she did. I absolutely trust her advice. I am thankful the case is over, but I'm also thankful she was there for us through it. She also worked with us on payments. We still have a little ways to go on that, but at the end of the day she was worth every penny spent. The case was out of town a good way. She had no problem commuting, zooming, whatever it was she needed to do. She was there every step of the way. I spoke with many attorney's prior to Adriana she took a more strong defensive approach than other attorneys from the beginning. If I had a single thing I'd do differently it would have just been calling Adriana much sooner in the case. I am very thankful to know such a hardworking, dedicated attorney. I hope we wont need her for any thing like this again, but if you find yourself in a tough situation calling Adriana right away is my recommendation.
