Bradley Keffer is by far the most unresponsive attorney I've ever dealt with. Perfectly friendly if you can, as a client, ever get through to him. Won't answer calls - you have to text, email call, send letters... eventually he will schedule a call. But he always cancels and post-pones. Last time, he postponed 3 times then never called at the last appointed time. Good luck if you have a time-sensitive matter.

I hired Mr. Keffer’s firm for my first day in court and utilized their service through a final expungement. Communication was helpful, fees were reasonable, and recommendations were pragmatic. I was guilty of the crime for which I was charged so I wasn’t looking for Clarence Darrow to fight a prolonged trial. I did get effective legal service and an equitable resolution for all parties involved.

I was totally astonished with the preparedness of Mr.Keffer. The trial never went to the jury which was selected earlier in the morning. Mr. Keffer was able to find numerous imperfections in the arrest. The Judge was forced to dismiss the case before jury trial began. This Attorney is astounding.

Hired the lawyer with the most reviews from avvo. While there was nothing wrong with this lawyer there was nothing special about him to justify these "reviews" or the money that was provided to him. The result that was achieved could have been secured by a public defender, and in fact, was, to the gentleman seated beside me in court. Following my case I sought the counsel of Bradley who responded expeditiously to my inquiry as to the suitability of my former counsel. I appreciated that he was most willing to tell it like it was and not feel the need to protect the interests of his fellow colleagues. Should I have the unfortunate experience of needing a defense lawyer in the future I will turn to Bradley for assistance.

I cannot recommend the great attorneys and staff of Keffer Barnhart enough. I was falsely accused of a horrible act. I sought their counsel, and could not be happier with their service. They provided themselves as beyond excellent advocates in the court room, but great communicators and kept me informed and comfortable at all times through the process. As bad as it is to be put in jail for something you did not do, they certainly made the sting go away. Thanks again!

In the process of me attempting to improve my lifestyle I screwd up. I was facing some prison time and he saved my life. Im in a recovery program in Hendricks county and had a mishap with multiple felonies which would have caused me to be terminated from the program, if I was convicted for any of them. Im still in the recovery program, I am able to be with my kids, learn a new lifestyle and be a beneficial part or society rather then a minace. Best of all, Im able to be a dad. I truly believe if it were any other attorney, id be sitting in a prison cell wasting tax payers money, instead of having the opportunity to help others.

Brad helped me with my DUI. He explained the law to me, got my driving privileges back, and told me what really happens when someone gets arrested for DUI. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone.
