I had Brooke Bernhardt as an attorney and it was the absolute worst representation (if you can call it that) she missed a court date and didn't tell me, never got in contact with me except to ask for more money. I wasted my entire retainer fee for an attorney that was more worried about her social life than my case. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

BEWARE......She did absolutely nothing to represent me and gave me no guidance on options I had especially to protect myself from being the victim I was during my divorce she absolutely destroyed my future I would've done so much better representing myself

Brooke did absolutely NOTHING for me. I was leaving a very abusive marriage where my child was taken from me. I had to make a gofundme to pay the retainer. She didn’t even show up for my court date and sent Zach instead and he knew nothing about my case. She took advantage of a young mother who was desperate to get her child back. Its absolutely disgusting.

I hired Brooke for a highly complex divorce/custody case involving removal of children from the state, and other uncertainties. Brooke ended up winning the case and getting me full-custody with me being a single father. Throughout the case, Brooke showed an excellent ability to use legal remedies effectively and strategically. Brooke also displayed superior communication and negotiation skills when communicating with the opposing party's counsel, the court, or any other parties involved. Brooke showed high level of client dedication by promptly responding to my inquiries or sharing information regarding important and time sensitive issues including on evenings and weekends. Overall, Brooke went above and beyond and won a case that I would describe as very difficult and highly complex by all standards. I would highly recommend Brooke for any family law related issues but especially for complex cases. Thank you!

Brooke is a great person and attorney! She represented my fiancé during his custody battle with his ex wife. She was always very knowledgeable and professional as well as personable! She will always be our attorney!

I had a case come up right after her taking my other case. She was able to assist me with both cases, the same day! On such short notice too. She had someone there to cover as well. She presented evidence well and her examination was amazing. And her cross examination was even better. She was completely prepared for everything the plantiff said and defended me incredibly. If you are tired of playing games and want an attorney that will go in fighting and not stop until you see results then she is the one! When my husbands ex wife decided to take away visitation on her own we were tired of playing games and i went online and searched for aggressive attorneys and York Winkler Law Firm popped up, I called the office and Brooke took our case she has kept us in the loop the whole time, she returns phone calls and emails and she will not stop until she helps you! I am happy to say that my husband has his visitation back now and we could not be happier! Brooke is wonderful!

She is honestly amazing, I was at a lost of hope and really thought that I had no chance of getting what I desperately needed out of my custody case but I went to her last minute and she was able to within a second jump on my case and put her best effort in to help me!
