When I found myself in need of a personal injury attorney, I was blessed to be represented by Raeanna Spahn. She was attentive, engaged and fully invested in representing me. Raeana Spahn is exceptional. My grandsons an I feel she put her heart in soul into our wrongful death suit. We couldn't have asked for a better attorney with our best interest at heart.

After contacting a number of attorneys, Mr. Haskin was the only individual to respond. Knowledgeable and was extremely helpful considering I did not pay a penny. This firm is definitely going in my contact list for future reference if needed and I greatly appreciate the time he took to speak with me.

I definitely should have read the reviews before I reached out to this firm.. instead I waited until 2 months after little to no communication with them after they took my case to read their reviews. I initially reached out and got a call back from John himself. He was eager to take on my case.. told me step by step what he needed. I provided this within 2 days. I got on his calendar for the next week, arrived to the office to be told I would meet with his colleague as John was busy with his uncle. **FIRST RED FLAG, no notice. I met with Timothy.. who assured me they don’t take on cases like mine unless it was cut and dry, so rest assured knowing I’m in good hands and they would file with EEOC within 2 weeks. That was on 2/1/24. A month and half later, with little communication in between, I asked if they’ve done anything yet since I haven’t heard anything from them. Tim told me he had not yet filed anything but would work on it upon his return, which would be only a few days shy of 2 months since first meeting with Tim. I had asked several times previously if anything had been filed, to either get ignored or my question goes unanswered and Tim would instead ask me questions. Nearly 2 months after our initial meeting, I asked again if anything had been filed or should I look for another firm who could handle my case.. Tim said he would call… wouldn’t you have guessed it.. Tim never called me. I emailed yet again, wanting him to call on Monday. He emails back and said they would be withdrawing from my case instead of giving me a call. Don't waste your time here. Read the reviews.

Yasmin was extremely professional and easy to work with! She explained the relevant Family Law to me, told me where I was right, and where I was wrong. We came up with a plan and executed it, and it ended with a highly positive result - an addendum to my initial divorce decree at minimal cost and effort. Thanks, Yasmin and Eskew Law!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The ‘professionalism’ of this firm is absolutely laughable. My significant other had his consultation and was told that his case was pretty cut and dry. If that were the scenario then it was difficult for us to understand why he was given the run around. Chad never got ahold of him, never made it a point to contact him and let him know how his case was going. My SO was the one who constantly was reaching out to Chad, and very little effort was given. All that we ever got was excuses. He would say he’s ’busy with other cases’ and fully admitted that he did not take the case serious. He provided absolutely zero proof that he accomplished any work for what he was initially paid for, even when said proof was requested. Chad would set his own deadlines, and he was the one who did not meet him. The decision was made to fire Chad and the firm, and the fact that we wasted precious time on someone who served us the upmost confidence in the consultation is infuriating. Do not work with this firm unless you want to be playing phone tag and garner zero results.

This law office goes above and beyond to help you with your needs. I've never had a problem with them staying in contact with me or just sending emails to check and make sure everything is going well. They are so polite and make you feel like a human being and not just a paycheck.

Best law firm I have ever had the PLEASURE to represent me. I have found them all to be caring, intelligent, professional and Outstanding in their field of expertise.

I just want to say I think Askew Law and their team is amazing they are helping my son and they have been so helpful and amazing I would recommend this Law Firm to anyone Chris has been amazing

Yasmin went above and beyond for me and my case. I couldn’t have been more please with her representing me. Not only did she do her assigned job, but she was empathic and supportive through it all. I'd like to know why. I went through the process. To speak to an attorney. Had an appointment set up. Called in as instructed to do. At the time chose by me. With your office confirming the appointment by email. Only to call into the office. To be treated like there was no appointment set up. I didn't get to consult with anyone. The person assigned did not come on the phone. With this level of care. It's clear to see what's stated in your advertisement. Isn't the truth I just wanted to know. Why the appointment was scheduled. If you didn't want to consult on the case. Since I did waste even more time. Sitting up waiting on a call back. That no one cared to acknowledge twice. I doubt I'll get a response to this also. Since the consultation was not important enough. For someome to be professional enough to handle. I'll wait again just to see. If anyone cares to tell me. Exactly what happened with my appointment. Thanks for at least responding to this. You couldn't be more wrong. To say I recieved a call back. When I didn't but ok. Maybe that's something you should check into. Wouldn't make sense for me to contact you. Then not take your call. When I was waiting for it. I'll look into another attorney. That's for the offer. Don't trust the ability here. Since now I'm being told. I was called when a sorry. Would have been a more appropriate response. Have a good day.
