I hired Mr. Cardella to help me expunge my record and restore my firearms rights and he came through for me without issue. The entire process took maybe a month. He was very helpful and friendly the entire time, and very responsive to messages. He answered any questions I had and helped ease my mind about court. I couldn't recommend a better expungement attorney.

Jeff is the best criminal defense attorney in Indiana! He quickly got my case dismissed 3 days after the court posted the case. A1 service would definitely use him again if needed

I called Mr. Cardella when I need to have something expunged. He was very upfront and responsible, when he started on my process, it was very fast and easy. It only took a few weeks but the process was very fast and the cost was very affordable. Very happy with my choice of picking this law office.

He provides amazing service, and offers something most can't. The bill isn't hourly it's based off of what you want accomplished. I paid a flat fee, one not based off of hours but off a goal. Joshua is a different kind of lawyer. I paid a lawyer 8 grand to accomplish nothing and lost the case. I paid Joshua a fraction of that and he delivered where so many couldn't.

I was very disappointed with every interaction I had with Attorney Jeff Cardella. I was trying to determine whether or not to hire him, (since I had not been in this situation before), as well as get an answer to a brief question I had- even so he did not seem interested (in the least) in listening to me. Our initial conversation lasted 9 minutes. Though I had some brief questions, he interrupted nearly every sentence I spoke over the phone, which resulted in my needing to clarify why I called, since he did not listen very well. I had called back and left a brief message a few minutes later. He replied early the next morning (before normal business hours) and apparently had not listened to the message I left, because his message he left for me did not answer my question. When I called back to re-ask my question, I had to leave another message. When he called me back, I answered so that I could personally (hopefully) get the question answered. On this conversation, he insulted me by saying the message I left was "rambling on" (it was a 2 minute message that, again, would not have been so long had he simply just listened to my earlier question,) and that he was "very busy". I, too, am very busy. And would rather be doing any number of other things rather than being on a phone call with an adult who didnt seem to understand basic adult phone etiquette, even more so professional phone etiquette. Mr. Cardella made my decision whether or not to spend my money to hire him as an attorney in this situation very easy. He also helped me to form a very bad opinion of attorneys, and the legal system in general, in just a few short minutes.
