Mr.Stein takes the time to explain things on terms you'll understand, not legal language one often gets lost in, and his prices are more than fair, call him FIRST!

I was in a bit of a pickle, and I figured I could use a lawyer to help me through it. Jeff was a little out of my price range, but even though him and I came to that conclusion relatively quickly, he still spent maybe half an hour on the phone with me, looking into my case, telling me how the judge was who would hear it, explaining to me the differences between a court trial and a jury trial, what I was looking at in the best case and in the worst case scenarios, etc. I normally have to talk to like 2 assistants before most lawyers will even pick up the phone to call me. At one point in our conversation, our call dropped, and Jeff called me back. I mean honestly what can I say? He's a great guy. And he obviously knows his stuff. Jeff may charge more than some lawyers, but he doesn't look at his customers like dollars. He genuinely cares. All he had to do was tell me, "I'm sorry, man, I can't help you." But no. He really did his best to set me up for success in the limited time that we had together on the phone. And I'm immensely appreciative of that. He gave me real direction. If he would do this much for me out of the kindness in his heart, I can't even imagine the lengths he would go to if you had him on retainer. If you find yourself in some hot water with the government, Jeff Cardella is your man. I've called a lot of lawyers, and none of them gave me the impression that they would do a better job or try harder to make the best of your situation.

I don't even know what to say. Literally feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can finally start my journey of becoming a new free man! A quick Google search of Criminal Record Expungement led me to Mr Cardella. He is quick, responsive and proficient in his profession.

I contacted this lawyer several days ago to see if he would take my case against IMPD. When I initially called him, no one answered. I then left my name and number. He returned my phone call, but I was unable to take the call at that time. I returned his phone call today. After discussing some facts from my case he requested that I send him the body cam footage from my arrest, in which all the charges have now been dropped. I then asked him for his email address so that I could write it down and give it to my public defender. I do not have a copy of the body cam footage myself, even though I have requested it many times. My public defender stated he could send it to me, but the file "was too big" to email. Anyways, instead of just giving me his email, he told me to "just get it off his website." I then asked him for his name. I also apologized and told him that I had been contacting several lawyers since the charges have been dropped. It is difficult to remember which lawyer I called on which day and which lawyer work for which place. etc etc. Some of them return your call and some don't. I wanted to verify that I had the right person. Even after apologizing (even though I shouldn't have to begin with-asking someone to repeat their name for you is a very simple task), he became rude and said something along the lines of "It's hard for me to take you seriously when you don't even know my name". I then tried to explain to him again the reason for me not knowing his name off the top of my head (keep in mind this was the very first conversation I ever had with this man & I doubt he know's my name- but now im sure he'll remember it now). Instead of listening to me, he cut me off and said he "declines to take my case" and hung up on me. All of this could have been avoided if he would have just given me his email- or given me his name. Both of which are very common things to give to clients. Once again, everything was fine until he became offended because I didn't know his name off the top of my head. I will be going with a different lawyer at this point- and once again this further proves my point of why I didn't remember his name in the first place; because I have been calling around and looking for the right attorney for me, which is your right. His loss. I will be going with someone else.
