I contacted the Marc Lopez Law Firm after 1st having a public defender and he told me he would have to go with whatever the prosecutor suggested because they took my blood sample and I fled from the officers. It was my first DUI charge and I worked at that time for Allen Funeral Home in Bloomington so I expressed the importance of keeping my driving license. I then called and obtained Zach Richey who said he would fight for my cause. He did and the charges were dropped to 2 misdemeanors and I have to complete 1yr of probation by email monthly. I was satisfied with the outcome
