I cannot recommend Matthew Kroes enough. We called The Marc Lopez Law Firm at 5pm seeking representation for a court case at 9am the next day. Matt instantly said he could help and he sure did! Not only did he show up, but he showed out. I would recommend Matt to anyone and everyone I know.

This lawfirm and it's attorneys far exceeded my expectations. I want to express a huge thank you to Ben Shoptaw and Cassie. Ben provided excellent communication and dedication to me throughout the entire court process. Ben worked for my diligently and the results were a judgement that was acceptable not only to the prosecutor but myself as well. Again thank you to all at Mark Lopez lawfirm. If I ever need defense again I will be using Ben for sure.

Do not trust this firm with important and in are case absolutely devastating unforeseen life events . The one thing we needed in this time of devastation was Reliable and Quality representation.. I say we because this needs to be addressed and the other half of the we I refer to is my wife to be that would have been Three years ago. But because of this injustice that was brought against her we are fighting are way back to just breaking the lower middle class status.. A lot of wrongs in our situation was out of our control but the one thing that was in our control was who we hired to represent us so we shopped around to find the right attorney to spend our life savings on and unfortunately for us Mr Lopez sure talked the best game. Let me say this me myself has had to be in these kinds of situations in my life but the difference between this situation and the ones I put myself in all my situations was my fault completely I deserved to be in them. This situation was brought against a lady that was a gift from God not just to me but to the patients who life’s she touched on a daily basis ! So we decided to hire Mark López he would take care of this we felt as if we made a good choice $10,000 Half up front way could pay on the rest on a payment plan . This was set up we did the best we could on the payments we was dealing with such a financial change not his problem I understand and this was never an issue until this chain of events (My soon to be felt like she had a court date actually the next day she called Mr López office and as god as our witness the lady on the other line said you never have to worry about not knowing you have court coming up we will definitely make you aware of them dates prior to them. So about a month goes by and we get on the my case site because we still haven’t heard a word from Mark yet and it says we have court 9:00 a.m the next day and it was 3:25 p.m. and we immediately called the firm again to just ask them about the date we just discovered on our own. They had no clue of the court date and at 3:40 pm tried to file a continuance 20 minutes before the court was closing witch was not granted probable not even seen by the Judge to even have a chance to rule on the continuance because that was not how a professional of any kind let alone an attorney of law should be addressing the court in an unfamiliar courthouse for the first time ever! So the Firm called us back and let us know she needed to be in court the next morning, We was there but Mr López was not of course because he had know Idea he even had to be there until it was way to late for him to rearrange his schedule to keep his commitments to us.We found this out From the kid that was sent on a scramble to represent us someone we had never met and never agreed to hire and Her name was Brie. We were then informed a few days later that if we didn’t come up with the rest of the money we owed they would be keeping what was already paid and they would recuse themselves from our case. We had till 4:00 p.m. that day to get the rest up there. They was hoping they would be able to get out of this all together with our $8000 and the only thing they did was had to be reminded of a court date by the client oh yeah and sell us on why we should hire him 3 months prior to this. I wish we had been able to just hire someone else would have if they would have offered the money back but of. Course that’s not how a bad attorney would conduct himself. So we paid the rest but 4:00 p.m. that day. Never once seen the man we hired the man we agreed to pay the $10,000 for instead of got the rookie lady that was a great person and will I’m sure be a good Lawyer one day. So thanks Mr López I know this won’t effect your but let me assure of this sir it sure did ours. So thanks for fitting for being that stereo typical Layer for us guess that’s way there are stereo types walks like a duck talks like one must be an attorney in this situation anyway I know this was long but I promise every bit is the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God

Jessica is soooo dependable and trustworthy...she will not sell you a story or tell you what you want to hear...she will always shoot it straight with you, and when you are looking for an attorney, that is what you need most...HONESTY....I've used her more than twice on my legal issues and she has always outperformed my expectations.!!
