In 2017, I was alleged to have been involved in a high-speed chase with Westfield Police Department in Hamilton County. The car that I owned reached speeds of 117 miles an hour and although the driver crashed the vehicle, the police did not catch the driver that night. The next day all local news stations put my photo on TV saying that I was wanted for questioning. My good friend gave me the phone number to Marc Lopez and I called immediately. It was 10 p.m. on a Sunday night, and Mark took my call. I was able to send him money to retain his services and the next day he filed his appearance and told me to plead the 5th and let him take care of everything. He did such a great job of protecting my rights initially that there was no arrest made or charges filed. 8 months later the Hamilton County prosecutor decided to charge me with felony resisting law enforcement. I found myself assigned to a courtroom with one of the toughest judges known in the area. Matt Kroes represented me, and although he did not have a long history of trial experience in the Hamilton County Courts, where politics play a heavy influence, he could not have done a better job representing me , my rights, and my freedom. Matt Kroes is an extremely effective attorney with an exceptional education and knowledge of the criminal judicial process. He and Marc Lopez spent many hours deliberating on my case, reviewing the evidence, being confident that we could win in a jury trial. Due to all of their hard work, Matt Kroes attorney, was able to strike a plea bargain that was originally 2 years in prison serve one, lowered down to eight days in jail and a year-and-a-half of probation. There is just no way I could have asked for a better result! I would recommend the MARC Lopez Law Firm to anyone and everyone.
