The lawyer Naun Benitez is the worse lawyer I’ve ever met he was late on court and never showed me any proof the state had on me pushing me to sign a guilty plea when he knew I was innocent I said was because he made me to sign a open plea with a bunch of lies. Este abogado es el peor abogado que he conocido porfabor no caigan de primero abla muy bonito pero después te va aser que te declares culpable para cerrar el caso y no trabajar mas en un juicio. Boy a poner una queja a la asociación de abogados.

The only good thing about using these jokers is you will have no problem getting a retrial based on incompetent counsel. Also just be aware their flat rate, at least in my case, equated to right around 300$ a minute. So many things I could add. To keep it short I will also just say that my lawyer without telling me expected me to contact the witness to make sure they were in court on my behalf. The only problem is that the judge issued a no contact order between the witness and I, and my lawyer didn't tell me I was supposed to make sure they were there in court until I saw him that morning, in the court room. Again, I could go on and on. I have already spoken to a real attorney, and they can expect a class action coming, soon.

I received a DWI and needed a good lawyer. A friend recommended Nick. He was excellent and was with me all the way. He assured me everything would be ok. He went above my expectations. Hopefully I won’t need to use him again but if I need a lawyer to represent me I will definitely use Nick again. I wouldn’t have had a better turnout using anyone else.

Nick served as my public defender on a case that started August 9th and wrapped up in October on the 25th. People always bad mouth public defenders. They say you get what you paid for. Not in this case. Nick was amazing. I literally was facing the possibility of four and a half years. Nick kept me calm every time he talked to me, he encouraged me, he always tried to share good news with me. But most importantly, he got the job done. After doing just two and a half months in jail, he got me time served. I cannot say enough good about the guy. He deserves his own TV show haha. Nick, thank you for saving my life.
