This is a high-volume law firm that relies on heavy advertising to drum up business. My experience with them in a OWI defense case was poor enough that, after investing $3500 with them for representation, I had to fire them and hire another attorney to get the job done. Over 18 months (covid drug it out) I met the attorney representing me only once, in court, despite asking for a meeting several times. They never once interviewed me to ascertain my side of the case, they never deposed the arresting officer despite promising to do so, the communication with me was poor, erratic, and often untimely, done exclusively over text messaging. What I can say is that they will take your money, make perfunctory attempts to negotiation a plea bargain that you could have negotiated yourself, and spend the least amount of time absolutely necessary to get you to plead guilty. Definitely consider your other options before retaining this firm.

My attorney is Maun Benitez, he has helped me clear my cases and got me out of jail to return home to my daughter. He was very clear in the beginning of what would happen. I had caught a new charge in Shelby county and he is working to get that case dismiss so that I can move on with my life. I would highly recommend this attorney and affiliates!
