Hello. I struggled whether to submit a review because I'm the very least or last one to complain about anything, and am not prone to social media. Because of this firm and the poor handling of may case, it wasn't sitting well in my spirit nor my heart; therefore, I havve to submit my review. I felt the need and obligation to. If I were able to rate a negative zero, I would.... My TRUE experience and feelings regarding Atty. Zentz and his firm: Do NOT WASTE your time, money and grief. KEEP searching for the right Attorney to fit the need of you and/or your family. Atty. Zentz and his firm were misleading and misguided in counsel. I'm in Lake County and hired him/his firm to handle a case for me. I communicated GREATLY (moreso me reaching out to them) with this firm via emails, texts, voice mails from beginning to the end. I spoke MORE with his staff than I did Atty. Zentz. The firm/Atty. was retained immediately and payments on time!!! He carelessly and effortlessly handled my case. The firm blows alot of smoke and had been misleading me the tenure of my case. I did MAJORITY of the leg work myself. Whatever was asked of me was submitted to the firm. That's the thing...ALMOST NEVER was anything requested of me, which I thought to be strange, BUT was willing to give this firm and Attorney the benefit of the doubt. Attorney Zentz is unavailable to speak with. I spoke with him a total of about 4-5 (from March - July 2020). One of the times was the initial consult, 2nd for a payment, 3rd to prepare for hearing (more smoke blown), 4th to inform me that case was lost AFTER I found out from other party and making attempts to contact Atty. and office for validity, and the 5th time was to see how we could move forward in reversal of the case (STILL keeping him as my Attorney). After that, I called his office several times (with questions), left messages on vmail, texts and speaking w/the Office Manager, Linda (this time) which was common; I received NO responses back from anyone. About 2-3 weeks later Linda called and left a vmail message that I didn't receive right away. She sent an email asking me a question which was off the wall and should've ALREADY been known by Atty. Zentz and his firm. I replied back to her. The next few days I received US mailing that Atty. Zentz was w/drawing from my case. He had the audacity to list number was as a break in Atty and client relationship. I stopped reading after that because it was really some bull stuff and a bunch of smoke! They aren't "matter of fact" people as Shari claimed they are. Shari told me I "(you're) the model and perfect client." That's because I was a client PAYING and NOT COMPLAINING or bothering the Atty. or firm. I was TRUSTING them to do what was right on my and my family's behalf. I'm a GOD FEARING and GOD LOVING woman who attempts to believe in people's words, honesty and integrity. I give people the benefit of the doubt, until proven or shown otherwise...BUT this was TRUE highway robbery and a mere disappointment! I was candid and upfront w/this firm from day one. They accepted funds from me KNOWING in the beginning what the outcome was going to be. When I brought that to Atty. Zent's attention, he had no response. I'm a firm believer in the scripture of the BIBLE, you reap what you so. I hope that he's able to sleep with a clear and sound conscious. Wishing you ALL wellness and safety, BUT continue your search for solid representation and counsel. This NOT it! GOD BLESS YOU and YOUR FAMILIES!

Matt and his team have been a great help to my divorce they have made me feel very comfortable and have always worked with me on my payments and they are there to answer any questions that you may have if I need a lawyer in the future I will definitely ask for his services again

I was represented by Mr.Zentz and very pleased with the service I received. He is a little difficult to nail down as far as talking to him(he is extremely busy) but he had his office in contact with me regularly and he had my case resolved in approximately two weeks and I got what I was asking for in my custody case. He is knowledgeable and down to earth, no legal jargon to decipher, but very professional. I’m glad I called him for representation, I don’t think there was a better choice for me. Any future attorney needs and I will definitely call him!
