I would suggest anyone who is seeking an attorney to represent them in any employment matters to seek counsel else where and run as far away as possible from these incompetent crooks. They will take your case (and your money) and will go weeks and months without any communication and they will drop the the ball and throw together things at the last minute in order not missdeadlines. My lawyer in particular, Paul Logan, was very unprofessional, absent minded, and was not aggressive in defending my case eventhough he had all of the cards stacked in our favor. He will take on your case, make false promises,then neglect your case, and in the end will tell you that their firm will not proceed in court with your case and pretty much tell you to "do it yourself" Not one time did he meet with me in person (except for the initial consultation where he is over anxious to take your payment). After taking my payment he would dodge my calls and when he would answer, he would be very rude and condescending, not letting me get a word in whatsoever. This man is incompetent and it is amazing that he is even allowed to practice law.

I worked with Yasmin Abdelhak. She did a great job. Managed to settle out of court with what I felt was a well done negotiation with difficult counterparties. Excellent communication throughout (most important aspect imo). Nathan Hacker did a did a good job backing her up on the more technical aspects since she is a newer attorney. Highly recommend.

Lskew Law is EXCEPTIONAL. You can not interact with any Court system without legal representation. Lskew Law was exactly what I needed. Reasonably priced, they know the Marion County Courts, and they contact you with every up-date on your case. They do all of the paperwork and appearances to get your case through the Courts on your behalf. Best of all, they work in your interest for the greatest possible outcome. The Courts are very slow and frustrating, however, Ben and Victoria at Lskew Law worked hard and gave me reassurance because I was confident in their exceedingly professional abilities. I received great legal representation for a DUI case. My attorney and paralegal were always very responsive and I was able to acquire a plea deal that took into account my admission I had made a mistake, my lack of criminal/traffic violation history, and the fact that I attended many education/treatment programs on my own volition. Additionally, the arrangement to pay legal fees was flexible and allowed my fees to be paid over a period of months rather than all at once. My final guilty plea process was also able to be moved up at my and my attorney’s request and I was allowed to be given closure to move forward with my life.
