Bernhardt Phillips, LLP has done a phenomenal job at handling my custody case. I started this case two and a half years ago and looked at many attorneys then met Mrs. Bernhardt and chose her for her reputation and personality. I can say I underestimated Mrs. Bernhardt, she was much more. She understood my situation well and was always answering my questions before I could get them out. It was amazing representation. I could really feel that she was connected to my case and understood how important this was for my family and I. I have been a client of Brookes for almost 3 years. My wife and I had retained her for a divorce/custody battle and rate her with an A++++++!!!! After having my fair share of attorneys with this difficult/complex case, she is definitely my all time favorite. Brooke will be my forever attorney. 5 stars is definitely not enough to show how much she rocks! She is very organized, knowledgeable, very professional, and a fighter. When we had court the last time, she came with everything we needed and even extra evidence just incase. I would recommend her to ANYONE! Being with Brooke this long and watching her grow and move up to her own firm is AMAZING and honestly with how she is as an attorney, it isn't surprising. Not all super heroes wear capes.

Brooke defended my husband and I for custody of my bonus son. We live in Ohio so I went in blind trying to find someone to help us in Indiana, I do not think we could have found anyone better. She has been with us every step of the way, always available even when she was dealing with her own personal things. Kept us informed, checked into everything I sent her, asked all of the right questions and never faltered. When it came time to appear for trial, Brooke was all business and dominated with her demeanor. She stepped off of the elevator like she owned the courthouse! Her confidence alone is comforting. We are waiting on a ruling but regardless of what the decision is, we will never regret our decision to go with Brooke. Couldn't imagine anyone else sitting on our side of that courtroom.

Zach was my lawyer a few months ago when he worked at law office of Melissa Winkler-York and he held all my evidence I had in my divorce and custody case and caused me of losing temporarily custody of my kids to my kids father who is a drug addict and never communicated. Ended up dropping him as my lawyer and it was the best decision, I would not recommend hiring his firm

Brooke does not have your best interest at heart. Had a case that went continued for 2.5 years, waited till the last minute to prepare, no communication. Surprisingly, I lost. More could’ve been done and more care could’ve been shown.
