So far it is very hard to get ahold of anyone there. Our case is originally under Rochelle and she is never in office. So we have to to deal with Morgan. We are told we are to receive copies and it’s been days since. We paid for their services weeks ago. We call to check up on the copies and if anything has been done and we have to schedule an appointment each time to even talk. We never get updated or told any information. Will update this review if anything changes but as of now I will not recommend this company. It’s a complete mistake.

My lawyer was Rachelle Ponist and I really wish I could give her zero stars due to her constant negligence. She missed two of my important court dates and was never available to talk until the day of my court hearings. Anything that was done as far as action I did my self including finally getting my son back in my custody as his biological mother after not having him for 8months; due to my ex spouse kidnapping him. (Non biological) Rachelle sold me a dream and she did not uphold it. I told her the most important thing to me was my son and the care and the well being of him and she said we are going to get him Back and we will worry about divorce second. She requested $2500 due to the complexity of the case after hearing all the facts, which was more than her regular intake rate and she missed my very first court date then laughed it off like it was okay. I have paperwork with her representing the opposing party which prolonged certain actions. However she did charge me consistently different fees but she never had any action or care about my case. She presented care and ambition when we had our initial consultation but never exemplified any of these actions throughout the entire process. I have blatant evidence of negligence on her part and no acknowledgement of being remorseful once I let her know how I felt. I am still reaping many consequences due to rachelle ponist blatant negligence in my case (Richmond vs Johnson). I will not stop fighting until my case is actively heard and I receive proper justice. I am pleading for the bar association to take action against my lawyer for BLATANT NEGLIGENCE for the purpose of GREED.

He lets his clients kidnap children from their mothers. Hes a POS and doesnt deserve to be a lawyer. Hes crooked and a good liar!!!
