In my opinion, Mr. Carlock is absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken to. He was condescending, impatient and mean. He told me he didn’t have time to wait for me to get information for him. I would have given ZERO STARS but that wasn’t an option!!

If I could use 0 stars I would. I tried to explain my situation and he kept cutting me off not even trying to understand the issue. He abruptly just ended the conversation. I will take my business elsewhere.

Received requested settlement amount for injury received during work hours at Indianapolis hospital after workers compensation request had been denied.
Only had to visit his friendly, helpful office once. Charlie and staff did the rest.
