Amazing people and great service.

Yes I have called your office more than once and no one returns my calls or answers I do need legal help on child custody my ex husband he adopted my son and I want his right terminated he shouldn't adopt someone's child and not even take any kind of responsibility and his friend she can but her self out of it she came too the child support hearings and she shouldn't even be allowed there. Thanks too the Hamilton County Courts due too the judge and the child support division staff I closed that out they all need to get fired from there jobs. I need too get a lawyer who will go in and reverse that adoption take him off of there.

Unprofessional in that I was informed to be at the intake at 4:00. No one said I was actually supposed to be there by 3:00, nor did they say that the legal counsel only sees up to 4 people every Monday. By the time I reached the reception desk at 3:45 where no one was sitting, I had no idea there was a 4 slot maximum sign in sheet. I figured, I was early since the woman on the phone said 4:00. I drove more than 20 miles away only to find out I was too late. 1) Provide people the CORRECT time to be there, which is 3:00. 2) Explain there is a 4 PERSON LIMIT per week. I can't just come back next week, I'm starting a new job and this was my window of opportunity. I have no idea if I can even come back now.
