Keller & Keller were amazing to me. They were very sensitive to the accident I was in. They were very thorough throughout my entire case and followed up with me with any updates. They also reacted very quickly to my case. I just want to thank the team again my experience with them was great.

My experience with Keller and Keller was great! They were there with me through every step of the process for my disability claim. It seems like I didn't have to do too much of anything! Jennifer was amazing with her updates and quick responses to my calls and questions! She was always very honest and would let me know immediatedly when there were guidelines to meet for returning documents or making it to appointments. No sooner than I would receive a letter in the mail to respond to from the Social Security Administration, she was on the phone reminding me of the expectations within the letter and guiding me on next steps. My disability claim was approved within less than 6 months. Every situation is different and may not work out so quickly, but I feel like anyone can rest assure that this firm will be there with you every step of the way! I am sure it was because of Keller and Keller's help and experience!

Not helpful took my case held for several weeks then told me they couldn't help me

I just finished out my 3 year case with Keller & Keller and I have been highly disappointed with how my case was handled and thrown over to different people. They never made contact with my witness of my accident which would of had a HUGE impact on my case and its value. I felt that they personally didn't care. They gave me a different attorney 3 months before my case was over and he assured me nobody before him made contact with my witness at any point when his name was given MULTIPLE times! Also, the person who hit and injured me all he had to do was tell a FAKE story and they let him off the lawsuit claiming they had "No evidence." If they would of made contact with my witness he would of never been let off the case! I blame all of this on Keller & Keller and their lack of knowledge and skills and communication. I wish they would have given me the attorney Ryan Johnson I had at the end of my case, at the beginning because I do believe Ryan Johnson would of handled it better then anyone else I dealt with in that office. I will NOT be using their services again nor will I ever refer them to anyone.

I was represented by Nick Lavella zealously. Cassie Smith was awesome with details of my case and hearing prep. I waited 3 years for a SSI hearing in Raleigh, NC. My case was transferred to Indy in January and I had a May 2nd with a favorable outcome .I will refer everyone I come across to use your expertise in this area so they can get the best representation at their hearings Thank you so much for a job well done.

Jillian is the best she stayed in contact with me through the whole case to let me know what was going on, always was available to answer questions yes I would definitely recommend Jillian.
