Awesome attorney

John is a good and knowledgeable lawyer overall, but my experience wasn’t the greatest with him. I felt like I should have been informed of certain things from the time I hired him and it wasn’t relayed to me until months later. I also feel like he did the bare minimum on my case, because it wasn’t a guarentee that we would get anywhere Example: My case was moved from the marion prosecutor docket to a private docket. In this particular court, there had been ongoing issues with judges. The issues could have ranged from them constantly rescheduling court dates to being bias,etc,etc. John informed me of this in November, but told me they had been having issues since March 2017 ( when I initially hired him). And you only had about two weeks to request a change of judge. My 1st court date for CS modification was set for June 2017 . The judge had an emergency & it was moved to August 2017. At the August date, John arrived too late and the court date was rescheduled again to the end of November 2017. At this date, the judge was trying to discuss parenting time and we weren’t there for that. So we had to come back in February 2018 to finalize modification. My case was a bit more challenging since my son’s father is self-employed and put more effort into hiding income than paying his support. But I even provided John with resources of the properties he owned and he didn’t want to do any further digging. John is reasonable on pricing, but I would have rather paid more for a lawyer that truly had my best interests at heart and tried his best, than for someone that did the bear minimum.

John Kassis is an excellent lawyer, he always keeps you informed of any changes in your case, always answers your calls and always answers every one of your questions. His assistants are very kind and always willing to help. I HIGHLY recommend Kassis Law Office.
