Mr. Quigley has represented me in a workman's comp claim since 2013. He has respresented me very well and has always addressed my concerns quickly, appropriately, and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. He has not only addressed the insurance claim but has also addressed as best as it can my financial issues coming from being without of work for 3 years due to the injury. He has went to back for me with the insurance company's attorney, made sure they provided me medical coverage, paid their fees to my Dr in a timely manner, and has called me on his own time while we are waiting on replies from the insurance company to make sure I'm doing okay and if I need anything. I would strongly recommend Dan to any of my friends or family if they would ever go through what I am going through. i was hurt in a work accident . i really did not know what to do so i turned to Danail Quigley he offered the help that i needed and in a swift manner . any questions that i had were answered in a way that i would understand . if it had not been for danail i would have never got the things done that needed to be done .

Daniel is very personable, and is extremely knowledgeable in context to personal injury/ workcomp cases. He even looked into some other legal issues i'd had and gave advice on it. He goes the extra step that i've yet to see from other attorneys in the field.
