After a major accident my insurance company stalled in providing claims services in a timely manner (over 6 weeks of waiting, to include rental car). This was very unusual for the carrier and a brief conversation with the property damage specialist with the law firm, he suggested he would make a call. one call. Within 15 minutes I had a call from the adjuster, within 24 hours the process was rolling and in less than two weeks and the entire process was complete. ABSOLUTLY recommend the law firm of Craig, Kelley, and Fautless LLC to make sure you are treated fairly. Every interaction to date has been timely, professional, accurate, and ethical.

After our car accident the team at Craig, Kelly and Faultless made our life easier during a difficult time. They took care of everything, even dealing with the small details. I had a case that was both straightforward and confusing, depending on which part of it was being worked on. I was treated with respect and dignity regardless of the stage of the case. When I requested more information or copies of all of the pictures, police reports, videos, etc, I was told that was not a problem and was accommodated. I was very happy to have my accident case supported by CKF Law.

I would rate negative stars if that was an option. Dan said he was more then happy to take my case. My experience with Dan didn't get much past a few phone calls though. Some of them even being before 8 a.m. He was overly pushy on me signing his retaining paperwork before he would answer a single question. I would try to talk and he would interrupt me. He got loud and used offensive language with me. I want a laywer that will listen, and have an actual conversation with me, instead with him it was his way or no way. I'm glad I decided to go with someone else, someone that is willing to listen and doesn't need to basically beg me for my business. Being slightly petty for a second...if you look at his photo he looks in my oponion like the greasy haired, cheap suit, ambulance chasing type of lawyer. Anyway thays my honest oponion of this guy.
