Great to work with

Mr. Quigley made me feel heard, when I felt as if I had no voice! He stood up for me and fought back against the insurance company! Even when they didn't want to pay out anything. I had a back injury that resulted in surgery and nerve damage. I went through months of hell and constant pain before they even ordered an mri. Mr. Quigley was my life saver. With out his help. I doubt they would have ever done anything to help me. He was amazing compassionate and kind! He always made sure to explain things in ways I could understand, and never got annoyed. When I would ask the same question multiple times ,because I would forget something I had already asked. He is amazing at what he does and I would highly recommend! 100/100

A few years ago I was in a rear end collision that not only totaled my car, but left me with permanent back issues. When the at fault's insurance company contacted me, they immediately tried to downplay my injury, and actually laughed at my request for reimbursement for damaged items. Feeling aggravated, a coworker told me I should get an attorney, and recommended CK&F. I had never hired an attorney before, and gave them a call and set up a free consultation. Once I arrived, I met with attorney Whitney Coker and felt at ease almost immediately. We talked through everything and she answered every single one of my 5,000 questions. We made no other calls to any other attorneys because it just felt right being there. Whitney was a rockstar! Once they took my case, I started to work with probably the best paralegal in the business, Ashley Napier. She was super friendly, super responsive, and even though she has terrible taste in hockey teams, she was always a phone call away. I never had to beg for any updates, I was kept up to date without asking. I also had to deal with some work comp issues because it was a work related auto accident, and the attorney Krysten LeFavour handled all of the legwork, I didn't have to do anything. She was great too. Before my case wrapped up, I worked with BJ Kelley, and he was an honest, straight shooter, who went to bat for me and didn't back down from a fight. It was great to see him in action, and sincerely cared about me and making things right. About a year ago a customer of mine was telling me about an auto accident she was still dealing with, and she was with a big name firm who has all the billboards and stupid commercials, and she kept talking about hard it was to contact them, how hard it was to get answers, and her experience was nothing like mine. She was jealous of my experience, and wished she had gone elsewhere... There's a reason CK&F doesn't have 50 billboards over a 5 mile stretch of Indy, and stupid commercials with horrible actors. They don't need them. Don't hesitate to put your trust in them, you won't be disappointed.

I broke my ankle at work back in 2018 and eventually after much frustration with my insurance company, hired Mr. Quigley to represent me. It has taken almost 2 years now to heal from 2 surgeries and to finally settle my case. Mr. Quigley has been suberb though this protracted experience. He has always answered all of my calls and has worked tirelessly to maximize my settlement. I lost hope several times and attorney Quigley nursed me through the experience, I am grateful that he did.
