OMG Kristen is so fleek, she got double what I expected who cares about the hammer, if you want the most out of your case, use the JACK HAMMER, C.K.F!!!!!!!!!!!! These folks are great, at least I can speak for both Mr. Craigs and Mr. Faultless, but I bet Mr. Kelley is great too! My case took way too long to get anywhere but the folks at this firm came in and worked hard to push my case forward so that I could move on with my life! Ashley is a sweetheart and is super empathetic, which is what we all need when it comes to personal injury cases. Her response time is amazing! I never had to wait more than a day to get any sort of feedback from her whether it was email, text, or a phone call. Mr. Faultless is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to explain everything and make suggestions on what to do. Overall, these folks are fantastic and if you're in Indiana needing someone to fight for you, these folks *really* will fight for you and get the job done!

Straight forward and honest. Easy to reach on phone and made each step clear except for his fee. I was told 20% but then saw an additional $200 deducted which may be a misunderstanding on my part. I feel he put forth a great effort and appreciate all his work.

During this year-long process, I have been impressed by the access I have been granted to the person who has been researching, building the basis for this case. Amber Wehr has always been available to answer questions and has provided guidance in assisting me to to plan the steps necessary to indicate the full extent of the injuries received in the accident. She has kept me apprised of the developments concerning the driver, the owner of the vehicle, and the complications which developed as discovery progressed. This involvement on Amber's part has resulted in a successful result for which I will always be grateful.
