Charlie Ward is very professional, courteous, respectful and has integrity and he listens to what you have to say. If you want somebody who is honest and who is willing to work for you. Charlie Ward is the best choice.

I have known Charlie Ward for almost 15 years now and highly recomend this firm. After my daughter and I were rear ended in our car we knew we needed a good lawyer but how to find one? I worked in EMS at a local hospital and spoke with our Risk Manager. Immediately he said you want Charlie telling me he was one of the most ethical lawyers he has delt with, but also one of the toughest and most knowledgeable. I Called Charlie that day and the next he drove 35 miles one way to our home to meet us. He did not want us to have.to travel following the accident, knowing how sore and painful we both were. I was nervous about the whole thing, but after 5 minutes I knew we had the right person! It was like sitting fown with an old friend. He explained everything to us, answering all of our questions. He also told us this would be a hard case and how we should approach it. I found him to be straight talking, empathetic, and most of all felt he was going to protect us and fight for us! It did not hurt my feelings that he is a very devout Christian man, kind, and caring. He did fight tooth and nail for us finally reaching a settlement that was the best for us. The office staff are also professional and so helpful. Since then he has also handled my mothers estate, making that situation so easy, again being a friend during this sad time in my life. I can count on Charlie usually being the 2nd person to wish me a Happy Birthday every year (hubby is 1st). If we have not spoken in months it is always nice to catch up on this call! Unusual in todays email and Facebook world to actually have someone make a call! We have had several legal questions over the years and I always know he is just a phone call away. No $100 hr charges billed to me for a 2 minute question like another lawyer I had to deal with during my step-mothers estate. If you want an ethical, stand up guy who will fight tooth and nail for your interests in a personal injury, medical malpractice and such Charlie Ward, his dad and this professional office staff are the right choice. My first experience with attorneys was when I was a 22 year old college student working at a bank part time. I recall not having the best interactions with some attorneys. When I met the Wards, they were different. Both father and son were always kind, respectful, and talked to me about my life goals and family. What struck me most about them as attorneys was their spirit. They really cared about the people they served. They treated everyone with respect and honesty. I made sure to keep in touch. I trust them and hold them in high regard. When I called Charlie Ward a couple years back in regards to an accident, his main focus was my health. It wasn't even a large accident. Nothing for him to make money with, yet he still talked to me about making sure I was okay. Now as a 43 year old black, professional woman, I count the Wards as those who were a part of my village. They will always be my go to attorneys because they believe in doing the right thing and treating people with dignity, not like a check.

I highly recommend Charlie and the staff for any of your personal injury needs. Charlie was so much help to us in our time of need. He goes above and beyond to help out. We live an hour or so away and Charlie came to us in our time of need, we didn't have to make the long trip to his office as he went out of his way to come here. He is always available to help out or answer questions no matter the time of day or night. He made sure we were kept up to date on everything that was going on. We are going on 6 years to the day since my accident and to this day he still calls and checks on me to see how we are doing. He has even been there to answer questions for us that didn't pertain to my accident years later. He has become a good friend to our family and we can't thank him or his staff enough for their kindness and help. I can't say enough good about him as a person or an attorney.
