Charlie Ward impressed me most 10 years ago during a vehicle accident claim. When most attorneys close the case and move on, Charlie has not. For 10 years Charlie has called on my birthday and sends a Christmas card, an act that is not required, but truly appreciated. Charlie has received more business from me since the car accident, because he is an excellent lawyer. His advice and professionalism is immeasurable.
