Joan was very p[rofessional in ability to make sure I understood what was before me and what all could happen during this process. Her words were soft and made plain. She did not push me one way or another she left it up to me on my direction.

Joan provided an affordable one hour session to go over my case. I learned a great deal including my options. She read my case and listened to me and asked great questions. She did not dismiss the emotions but was able to tell me what I needed to hear. She cannot represent me in the county my case is in and I may not need representation.
