Met with attorney Shane Toland to discuss about my case. He is very knowledgeable about business issues, reason why I rely on him and knew exactly how to get the issue solved right away. I have known Mr. Toland since 2007 and I cannot stress enough that he gets things done! Thanks to her manager as well, who always followed up with me up until the end. I highly recommend him!

I retained his services and I was told that things would be handled, well things were not filed, I was charged for conversations about his grandfather's passing and about him attempting to gain more business with my prospective personal representative's family all in all I was billed over $600 and nothing was ever filed or accomplished I was told he would not be explaining what he billed for do not use this lawyer he's not competent to handle anything

The secretary is very pleasant to talk to, accommodating and very helpful. Atty Toland listened to all my issues and explained the things at the level I can understand. He went above and beyond in assisting me and my son in resolving our legal problems . I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case.

Wife is awful to deal with. Laughing at me on the phone. Bill was exgetate. Fees were not as agreed.

I have used the Toland Law firm twice. They have Southport values. Once for a divorce and another for an out of state esate inheritance advance loan issue. The law firm of Shane Toland has been outstanding and at a low cost that totally surprised me. In the divorce isssue they worked with me on an initial retainer amount and was always prompt at court appearances and made the case in MY favor with the presiding judge. . On the inheritance advance issue, Shane displayed the legal muscle that kept the loan company at bay while I secured the payback funds. All is well now. My recommendations are if you are in a ANY legal mess...definitley GET A LAYWER. And if you want a successful outcome. Get the Shane Toland law firm. Call the legal assistant Maria about your issue. She is a compassionate lady that addresses your issues with empathy and has the ability to present your concern to the the firm´s lawyer for best attorney practicies and response.

Our family required the service of a lawyer. We chose Toland Law Firm. They were extremely professional and we never felt overcharged for the services provided. Toland Law Firm always had our best interest in mind. They resolved our legal issues in a timely manner. We will definitely contact them when we need legal assistance. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER. Dealing with Shane is not a problem but his wife is would make you want to pull your hair out. She rude and disrespectful. She is the worse person to have dealing with people money.

Horrible lawyers. Never follow up on calls, never return messages. Spent thousands of dollars and took over a year on a child support case and still not a court date. Got a new lawyer and my case was closed in 45 days. STAY AWAY!!!
