UPDATE: After my last review Mr Don Poynter personally reached out and sincerely apologized for the lack of communication I mentioned in previously mentioned review. There was some changes in staff and once I was made aware of the changes I understood how the mix up occurred. Since reaching out Mr. Poynter has been thorough in communicating all the details of my case and has work DILIGENTLY to get my case solved.
