I was referred to Pavlack Law thru a mutual friend. I needed Legal Representation for the 1st time in my life. After our initial consultation where I shared my possible Case with Eric, he agreed this appeared to be a scenario where I had legitimate cause to take Legal action. Eric did make sure to let me know the Legal System can work very slowly, and I needed to exercise patience thru-out this process. This proved to hold true, as the process took roughly 2 years to play out. Thru-out the process, Eric did an excellent job of keeping me informed as to where the Case stood. He also made sure to point out to me that it was important for me to provide any Documentation as requested, as this information proved vital in supporting my Case. In the end, the Case did come to a Settlement for which I was very happy. Eric took a chance on me, with no certainty of a Judgement in my favor. I am very appreciative of his willingness to take a chance, keep me educated thru-out the process, and ultimately deliver a ruling in my favor. I will absolutely refer out Pavlak Law to anyone should the opportunity present itself.

I was referred to this law office from a woman in Avon, Indiana. I had never dealt with a lawyer and I was nervous about the whole experience. I can't say enough good things about this man and his employees. Everyone has been extremely kind, helpful and on top of things. They answer all of my questions, are always tentive on answering my calls and responding on MyCase (their online communication portal) etc. If Greg can't take my call, he always calls back right away. It has been nothing but a positive experience and I'm more than satisfied with their work altogether!

I could get appointments easily- usually within a week or less. Greg Spencer and his paralegal Lana sat down with me and went over all the evidence. As new evidence was introduced, they made me aware of it, and lab reports, discovery etc. were explained in plain English. I felt as comfortable as one can feel in a criminal attorney's office.

I submitted an online request for contact weeks ago. Called to today to ask if "failure to respond" was the same as "not interested"? I got a male, smug paralegal who wanted to give me the number to the Indiana bar association so that they could help me find a lawyer. Does this young paralegal not know about Google? I don't think my legal matters were sufficiently lucrative to warrant courtesy.

Very professional easy to speak with on the phone.I met him in person the other day very nice man listened to every thing I had to say gave good advice and afterwards asked if I had any other questions or concerns.
