The people answering the calls waste a lot of time.. if they dont know what are the options then better they should not be answering the calls in first place. When you get answers like there is no resolution to my situation and then he still offers me to get an appointment for a charge of $250 thats like he is just trying to get the money first and then will confirm that hey no options for you... you can look for something else. I dont know why they have such good reviews when they dont have answers for critical situations... I feel i have wasted too much time sharing my info without any reason.. worst service...

save your money. will just take your money and ask for more, even after you’re forced to switch lawyers due to their poor quality and lack of respect. also, Michelle is extremely rude and unprofessional. don’t waste your time or money, seek for a different lawyer especially in immigration cases. deportation is the only option in their book! what a joke.
