If you are going to do business with anyone it is important you work with an attorney that will keep your investment safe. I hired Jeff Jinks to oversee a transaction. Jeff listened to the potential real estate deal and my concerns and made recommendations on how to keep my investment safe and in accordance with all Indiana laws. During the process the law firm did their due diligence and was able to protect me from a bad actor. Please invest in the right representation you cannot afford not to!

I was a first time offender but I have know some people that have been in similar situations so I thought I kind of knew what to expect I was going to have to go through... that being said Mr. Stark made a miracle happen. He never pulled any punches, set clear expectations on what was going to happen, he answered the phone or got back to me immediately anytime I had a question, and over delivered.
