Although my needs were small, they treated my case attentively and quickly. I may need more involved help in the future and I plan to return when I do.

Let's face it, no one wants to hire an attorney. It generally signals that you have reached a place where conflict of some sort has arisen and you are depending on the legal system to seek a resolution! Samantha first gave me a voice, during a time when no one wanted to hear my story. She was immediately compassionate about my issue, listened intently to my concerns, and responded with confidence. She communicated effectively, and thoroughly. She always took the time to make certain that I understood what was happening and I consented to the actions she was taking on my behalf. She has a strong legal background and was able to navigate my challenging situation with grace. She helped reach a resolution which was fair and equitable in less time than I anticipated. I have worked with many attorneys in my life and Samatha is in a class of her own!

I contacted this firm from out of state regarding a consumer law matter with a business in the state of Indiana for which this firm also resides. It was suggested to me they could not be of help because the business of concern was in a different city (but the same state!) and "too far away." I fail to see why a licensed lawyer in the same state cannot send correspondence and litigate at distances of more than several miles. I surmise they just didn't want my case because it was not going to earn them enough, and offered a lame excuse for why.
