Danielle was professional, polite, and straight forward. She totally understood that both parties involved in my case had preferred outcomes and presented information in an unbiased and clear tone. She understood time was a factor for me and allowed us to get directly to the point. Besides being conveniently located Downtown which tends to be a central location for most, her office is located directly across from a widely used Valet parking garage, and a few options to eat in the event that mediation runs long. This was a big deal for me, considering Downtown parking can be a headache, and no one knows how to truly plan for these things when another party is involved. Her price was by far the most reasonable of the experienced mediators I was presented with. I highly recommend her. Though I hope to NEVER need another mediator if I do, I will look no further than her office.

Olivia has been patient in my court case. Over the past two years she has answered numberous questions and put my mind at ease from any anxiety. She is version knowledgable and honest about the court process. Olivia would give me pros and cons before I made a decision regarding my children. During the court proceedings, she was knowledgable, professional, and calm. Olivia knows what questions to ask, to get the point across. When we finally received our Order from the judge, she personally called, on a Saturday, to give me the good news! I am very thankful to have found Olivia.

Olivia helped me with with my divorce. She is very kind and knowledgeable in matters relating to Family Law, however, she is struggling with her attention to detail. Examples: 1. She sent me my docs to review and at a glance it looked good until I noticed someone else's name in a couple on parts. Did she use a template? Appeared she just used a copy and replace. 2. I had a 10 minute phone call and on my invoice she billed 45 min. It was just questions and required no additional follow up. 3. I was never updated with progress and I had to keep calling to find out. She would always be like, "Oh yea, uhh should be ... uhh, let me check."
