I would highly recommend using Nate. He was very clear and upfront with all directions and expectations. Nothing happened that we weren't aware of, or prepared for. He does a great job!

Nate took my wife and I by the hand, walked us through the process very patiently, and loaded our arsenal so when it came time their lawyer knew he was outclassed and outdone, and agreed to a post-adoption agreement all in our favor. Highly recommend Nate and this firm!

I would suggest Nate to anyone going through the adoption process. He was very professional to work with and was quick to anwser any questions or concerns that we had. There is so much to worry about during the entire process and the legal stuff is a huge one but Nate took that weight off of our shoulders and handled everything so we did not have to worry about it. He is very polite and actually takes the time to explain everything and puts your mind to ease about any concerns that you might have. Excellent lawyer but an even better person.

Nate was wonderful to work with in our son's adoption from the foster care system (DCS adoption). We had a major issue with our previous attorney, so we were naturally a little skeptical of attorneys as we searched for a new one. When I called Nate's office the first time, I was transferred to his cell phone, which to my amazement, he answered! We had lots of questions, and lots of anxiety. Nate was always prompt in answering our questions and typically got responses back to us the same day. Even when we were following up to ask if there was any word on an adoption date, he was great about replying to let us know he didn't have any answers yet. Our son's adoption was finalized last week, and we are so happy. We highly recommend Nate!

We chose Nathan Leach for our step-parent adoption because he has the most experience in it of anyone we could find. Even though we were two hours away, he helped us with everything we needed and only had to make one trip to Noblesville to finalize. His fees were upfront and accurate, although I don’t know how they compare to other attorneys providing the same service. He was pleasant to work with, and everything went smoothly. We highly reccomend him.

We started our adoption with another attorney. The experience was awful. We found Herrin & Leach online and saw they had great reviews. We contacted them and Nate got back to us right away. He listened to our situation and helped us complete our adoption flawlessly. He is incredibly knowledgeable in the process. He answered our questions thoroughly and promptly. I worked with Nate for a little over a year on an out of state adoption. He was always available and very prompt in answering my questions. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to adopt . He is very knowledgeable about the ICPC process. We traveled from Maine to Indiana for our finalization yesterday and I was glad to meet him in person.
