To augment additional support strategy, he is a seasoned subject matter expert on legal language/cases - which can be used in-parallel as the premise for the source of truth. In summary, I would recommend reaching out to Mr. Moseley for any legal support services - since he always has the client’s best-interest in-mind.

Hire this firm today. The staff is very helpful and straight forward. I was working extra hours and Bryan and Alex made it possible for me to meet with them via the phone so that I did not have spend hours traveling. Good solid advice

There are numerous positive things to be said about Mr. Alex Moseley, first being that my experience with him and Ciyou & Dixon Law has been nothing short of an amazing experience. Although I know Mr. Moseley is busy with other clients, he has made me feel like I’m his only client by always answering questions quickly, explaining things clearly and making me feel like I’m his #1 priority. When seeking a lawyer for my complicated divorce, I was referred by several people to seek the service of Mr. Moseley. Enough cannot be said about the professionalism and level of service Mr. Moseley provides. I would highly recommend Alex to any of my friends or family!

Finding an attorney is not a difficult task. However, finding a competent attorney who can skillfully navigate the complexities of third-party custody is virtually impossible. We truly believe that we are beyond fortunate to have found Bryan Ciyou, the best person to represent us in our fight to protect a precious little girl from a lifetime of pain and misery. In addition to having an amazing legal mind, Bryan has the compassion to truly advocate for the most vulnerable among us. Most people we’ve encountered throughout this process simply want to ignore that a serious problem exists, but he truly understands the heart of the issue and the difficulties that accompany such a fight. Family law is messy, at best, and utterly soul-crushing, at worst. Indiana’s third-party custody laws are no exception. They simply do not address the ever-evolving dynamics of family in today’s society. Bryan not only recognizes the current laws’ inadequacies, he also understands how to navigate the system to exact change.

Very rude!!not worth your the time

Alex Moseley represented me for a stepparent adoption case in the Indiana Court of Appeals. (I have two stepchildren that have only ever known me as their mom.) I know that everyone thinks his or her case is important but my children’s lives were quite literally on the line, and the justice system had already failed us once with a terrible call in trial court. Alex immediately invested himself in my case. He showed empathy, compassion, and patience. Not only was he pleasant, more importantly, the briefs that he submitted were genius! A literal powerhouse in terms of litigation with unmatched comprehension of case law and legal strategy. I was so impressed with the details that he retained. He never left one open end and picked apart every discrepancy that the trial court made in denying my adoption. He was always playing chess, unfortunately before I hired Ciyou and Dixon; my counsel was more into checkers-, which almost cost me my children. I wish that I had hired them first. Our ending is a happy story though thanks to Alex Moseley and Brian Ciyou- The court of appeals REVERSED the trial court’s decision! We won our appeal! I will be forever grateful to this amazing firm.
