Hired for child custody case. Bryan charged me $12,000 for 6 weeks he was on the case to bring him up to speed basically, then quit without filing for things agreed to with court such as a Parental assessment and Attempted Compliance to further the case. Blames the victim even more than the system already has. Not trained in parental alienation. Not thorough! Wanted me to have a parental assessment from a biased PhD that already put me in this situation years ago and a PhD had to counteract that evaluation. Over Promises. Under delivers. Doesn’t care about kids living with drug and alcohol convicts! All about $$$!

She is an expert in her profession in both knowledge and care. She is also highly intuitive, which was often my saving grace in the most stressful of times. I was referred to Bryan Ciyou when I was facing divorce. My 4 kids were greatly in danger. I was losing everything and my biggest concern was getting custody of my kids to keep them safe. I was afraid but I trusted Bryan Ciyou. He had foresight of things that I could not even imagine would happen. He predicted with accuracy how the divorce would unfold. At times, I felt so overwhelmed and wanted the nightmare to end. Bryan stood by me and encouraged me to finish when I had no more strength. There have been times he has checked on me to make sure I was "okay" when I was out of state and trying to collect Child Support from my ex-wife. When my ex-wife tried to attack me with frivolous Protective Orders to "bully" me from pursuing Child Support, Bryan Ciyou stepped in, stepped up and kept me safe once again. Divorce is a horrible experience. You need to be protected by the best who cares. I have faith in Bryan Ciyou and his staff. Bryan is a good man who truly wants to protect innocent people. I was never treated as just a client or a paycheck. I was treated as a hurting father in need of protection. Bryan cared about me. Thank you, Bryan Ciyou! You made a difference in my life!

Brian Ciyou is my lead attorney but, everyone in this office that has been involved in my case including the front office Staff, Brian’s paralegal Madeline, and two other attorneys at this firm, Julie Dixon and Alex Mosley have exceeded my expectations. I consulted with 3 other family law firms, researched and contacted many more firms before finding “the one”. There are many great things to say but what I have found most important, and lead to my recommendation is that I found counsel that is far from a “wussy”, has been very honest, fine combed everything, readiness to take action, and someone who doesn’t get intimidated by the opposing party or the false allegations. My case involving 2 counties, and 2 other associated cases has been no where near easy, and I am much more confidant having someone as skilled, and knowledgeable as Brian Ciyou is. I have been using this law firm for around 6 years now. They have represented me in a very complex child custody and adoption hearing filed against me that we came out on top and smashed this case and won everything we were looking for. Without the diligence and never stop work attitude this law firm takes at every case they approach your case would never be won, but since they are all that and more toure guaranteed to come out a winner everytime!!
