If you are considering Bankruptcy, I fully recommend Portia Douglas. I was probably the most stressed out in my entire life. Bankruptcy can be quite painful. Portia really helped me understand that this happens to a heck of a lot of really good people. My case was handled very professionally and discharged. Portia douglas was very nice and seemed to generally care for us and our situation at the beginning. We had decided that bankruptcy just wasnt the option for us at the time. At this point portia had not done anything for our case other than the initial consultation. We had paid her 2 seperate times 200 dollars for our case and when we decided we didn't want to file she wouldn't return the money. I mean come on 400 dollars for one consultation that is a bit excessive. By meeting with her 3 times she means dropping off payment, The only consulation that we had made was the initial and then i had dropped of payment the other 2 times which i never met with portia douglass I met with her secretary.
