My OPT application received Notice of intent to deny due to my old DUI closed case. They asked to provide me the evidence that I was not convicted. I hired Ms.Geisler to respond to uscis. She reviewed my case documents and replied to uscis convincing them that I am eligible to get my OPT. Couple of weeks later my OPT EAD was approved. She was helpful in answering all my doubts and guided me appropriately to get through the process. I would recommend Ms.Geisler if you are looking for an immigration attorney help.

Danielle was professional, polite, and straight forward. She totally understood that both parties involved in my case had preferred outcomes and presented information in an unbiased and clear tone. She understood time was a factor for me and allowed us to get directly to the point. Besides being conveniently located Downtown which tends to be a central location for most, her office is located directly across from a widely used Valet parking garage, and a few options to eat in the event that mediation runs long. This was a big deal for me, considering Downtown parking can be a headache, and no one knows how to truly plan for these things when another party is involved. Her price was by far the most reasonable of the experienced mediators I was presented with. I highly recommend her. Though I hope to NEVER need another mediator if I do, I will look no further than her office.
