I recently had a great experience working with the Fountain Law Firm, P.C., which includes Merry Fountain and her team. My son was a pedestrian and hit by a car. We needed help in making sure all the medical related issues were covered since he would be out of work for some time. While I don’t have a lot of experience working with personal injury attorneys, I know if I need one in the future it will be Merry again. Here is what I feel sets Merry apart: • She always was responsive and had time to speak with you. • If you left her a message, she called you back and/or sent you an email promptly. • She kept you up-to-date she set realistic expectations for how the case would unfold, what steps were needed and what could be expected. • Merry was also very collaborative. I wanted to help with any non-legal matters regarding my son’s insurance to help move this along. She had no issues with this nor expected it. She gave me her guidance with her expertise and shared what was needed what she had done, so there was not duplication of effort. I have been to Fountain Law firm 2 times to have Merry represent me for both of my auto accidents I’ve had in the last 10 years. I was very happy with the process and results. I was extremely worried about the most recent one but she proved I was not at fault and it was no easy task! Her team is amazing and once I knew their background I felt very relaxed and optimistic that it would all work out. She is very professional & good with keeping in touch about updates and explaining the process and what I needed to do. The second time was not an easy case and I’m so happy she took me on even when it didn’t look good. She fought for me and did not settle when the at fault drivers insurance company made an offer that was insulting! I was very happy with the end results and would ask her to take me again if I’m ever in the need of an auto/injury lawyer. She is great and so is her team. Stephanie Jane Hahn took my $15,000 and never met with me in person, one or two short zoom meetings and she was rude, she never looked me in the eye, wrote a horrible brief that garnered no results, she left me alone with right to sue in federal court where the federal judges joined in on the harassment, discrimination, retaliation, she was rude and refused a refund. I have had to apply for disability after Stephanie Jane Hahn was dishonest, rude, arrogant, and not helpful in anyway, and just not a good expireance with a lawyer.
